The location of Joinn! City Lofts was perfect for us. It was in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, and shops. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. We also appreciated having a nice kitchen to prepare our meals. The laundry facilities were a great convenience as well.

There were a couple of drawbacks. We would have liked larger bath towels, and it would have been more convenient to have a microwave for heating up meals.

Convenient location, friendly staff, stylish accommodation, delicious food at JOINN restaurant, close to train station and supermarkets.

The nearest airport is Schiphol, so convenient if you're flying in. Free parking on site was a nice perk. The restaurant opens at 8:30 on weekdays, perfect for a lazy breakfast.

Wow, the WiFi is available in all areas, what a terrible burden, having access to the internet everywhere I go. How inconvenient!

The lofts at Joinn! City Lofts Houten Utrecht were absolutely amazing! They had a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was a big plus, ensuring our privacy. And to top it all off, the airconditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better room!

One thing I personally didn't like was that there was no kitchenette available. But hey, that's just my opinion - some people might find it convenient to eat out or order in.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, making it very close to the main shops. Despite its proximity to the train station, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the hotel offers easy access to other towns, thanks to its location right next to the train station.

It would have been nice if the hotel provided shampoo and shower gel, as it can be inconvenient to realize you don't have these essentials after a long day when the supermarket is closed.

Great location, with easy access to shops and the train station. The room was clean and well-decorated, with ample storage space. I particularly enjoyed the efficient use of space in the room design. The TV setup was also impressive, providing a great entertainment option during my stay.

the lack of a microwave in the room made heating up meals a bit inconvenient. the cleaning service was inconsistent.

We had a fantastic stay at Joinn! City Lofts Houten Utrecht. the studios were incredibly comfortable and beautifully furnished. the location right next to the train station was perfect and surprisingly, there was no noise despite being close to the train line. the convenience of having a great restaurant onsite was a bonus, even though they don't serve breakfast. Luckily, there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. we loved the place, the friendly staff, and enjoyed exploring Houten. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.
